X-Golf is more than just golf. We're a lively entertainment venue where people come to have fun, celebrate, catch up with friends and enjoy outstanding food and drinks. We're looking for friendly, energetic and reliable casual team members to help create an awesome experience for our guests.

Whether you have hospitality experience or you're simply great with people and keen to learn, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

You'll be part of a close-knit team helping to keep the venue running smoothly and making sure every customer has a great time. Your shifts could include:

- Taking bookings, orders and payments

- Serving food and drinks

- Supporting functions, parties and events

- Helping customers with their X-Golf experience

- Keeping the venue clean, organised and ready for service

- Working as part of a team to create a fun and welcoming atmosphere

You don't need to be a golf expert – we'll teach you what you need to know. What matters most is your attitude, energy and willingness to get involved.

What we're looking for

We're looking for people who are:

- Friendly, outgoing and genuinely enjoy working with people

- Energetic and positive, even when things get busy

- Reliable and committed to doing a great job

- Quick to learn and happy to jump in wherever needed

- Team players who enjoy working in a social environment

- Confident communicators with a customer-first mindset

Hospitality, customer service, food & beverage or events experience is highly valued, but enthusiasm and a strong work ethic are more important than having the perfect resume.

Why X-Golf?

This is a great opportunity to work somewhere that's fun, social and different from your typical hospitality job.

You'll be joining a supportive team where you'll be encouraged to learn, develop your skills and take on more responsibility as you grow. As our business continues to expand, there are genuine opportunities for people who want to build their experience and progress with us.

And, of course, you'll work in a venue where people are there to have a good time!
