Dentists here are given real autonomy in how they treat, backed by national marketing that brings patients to the clinic and a preferred provider model that keeps them coming. Retainer arrangements are available, particularly in the first few months, and the clinic will discuss your expectations upfront, so you can focus on clinical work while your book grows.

About You
You are an experienced Dentist with current AHPRA registration and Australian working rights. You have solid general dentistry skills, communicate openly and are looking to commit to one practice and grow with it.

You value being part of a larger group, with the structure and support that brings, while still being trusted to run your own day.
