About the role:

An exciting opportunity with a market leader to fill a key role in the Finance team. Taking a hands-on approach, this Systems Administrator role will involve supporting in the configuration and maintenance of MYOB Acumatica. The Responsibilities:
Reporting directly into an Finance Manager. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Support in the configuration, and maintenance of MYOB Acumatica. Collaborating with customers, internal teams, and vendors to ensure the successful deployment and utilisation of these applications, as well as troubleshooting and resolving technical issues as they arise.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on the software applications they support, offering guidance and training to end-users to maximise application functionality and optimise their workflow.
- Lead development and administration of accounting systems.




- Provide support and training for financial system users during changes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve finance-related system issues.
- Train and support finance team members, ensuring access for non-finance users.
- Analyse processes for improvement, implementing plans and establishing best practices.
- Involved in the day to day operation of accounts payable, involving invoicing and payment runs
- Involved in some HR related duties and bank reconciliations.

The Candidate

- Several years experience in accounting or finance, with a robust systems track record (Implementations or Systems Accounting)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
