An experienced Aged care provider operating a nmber of residential aged care facilities, across Goulburn, Wollongong and the Illawaara Coast of NSW has positions available. With a strong commitment to providing high-quality care can make a real difference to the lives of their patients.

The newly created opportunities

- Opportunities to work part-time (minimum 2 days) or full-time across
- Residential aged care facilities in Goulburn, Wollongong and the Illawarra Coast of NSW.
- Deliver onsite clinical pharmacy services including medication reviews
- Provide education and training to staff
- Be involved in clinical governance and contributing to policy and procedures

About you

- A Bachelor of Pharmacy and current registration with AHPRA
- MMR and Aged Care Onsite Pharmacist (ACOP) credentialling
- Excellent communication skills, able to develop and maintain relationships
- Proactive, driven and passionate about making an impact in the aged care sector
- Accredited to vaccinate, essential
