We are currently seeking an experienced Physiotherapist and Occupational Therapist for a short-term locum opportunity supporting clients across Windsor and Caulfield, with community home visits across surrounding Local Government Areas (LGAs).

The Opportunity

Position: 1 x Physiotherapist 1 x Occupational Therapist (Casual)

Start: ASAP

Duration: Approximately 4 weeks

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7-hour days

Locations: Windsor and Caulfield

Work environment: Community-based, including home visits across surrounding LGAs

About the Role

You will provide high-quality assessment, treatment and rehabilitation services to clients in their homes and community settings, supporting mobility, independence and overall quality of life.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Conducting comprehensive assessments
- Assessing mobility, strength, balance and functional capacity
- Developing and implementing individualised treatment and rehabilitation programs
- Providing exercise, mobility and falls prevention programs




- Assessing and recommending appropriate mobility aids and equipment
- Supporting clients to achieve their functional goals
- Working collaboratively with clients, families, carers and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and reports
- Managing a community-based caseload effectively

About You

We are looking for an experienced candidate who is confident working independently within a community setting and can commence at short notice.

You will ideally have:

- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Current AHPRA registration
- Previous community or home-visiting experience
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to manage a caseload independently
- Current Police Check and other relevant compliance requirements
- Australian working rights
- WWCC
