Podiatrist | Craigieburn
Every Thursday off • Genuine mentoring • Daily admin time • Uncapped bonus
About the role
What if your next podiatry role actually gave you the time, support and variety to build a career you love?
At Undefeeted Podiatry, we’re growing again — and we’re looking for another great human to join our team.
We’re a busy, established clinic with 7 podiatrists, a large and varied caseload, modern technology and a dedicated support team around our clinicians.
That means you’re not answering phones between patients, chasing bookings or trying to manage everything yourself.
You get to focus on being a podiatrist.
Whether you're an experienced clinician looking for your next move or a new graduate wanting somewhere you can genuinely learn and grow, we’ve built this role to give you support without micromanagement, structure without rigidity, and plenty of opportunity to develop.
And yes — every Thursday is your day off. Every week.
Why you might love working here ❤️
You’ll have a team around you.
Reception, patient care, bookkeeping, operations, marketing and technology support are already built into the business.
You’ll be mentored — properly.
Not just an induction and then “come and find me if you need anything.” You'll have structured clinical mentoring, weekly Clinical Focus Groups, individual mentoring and ongoing professional development. This reflects the development structure set out throughout the prospectus. Undefeeted_Podiatry_-_New_Emplo…
You’ll have time to actually finish your work.
Every clinical day includes 30 minutes of dedicated admin time for notes, referrals and treatment planning — rather than taking it home with you.
Your caseload won't fit into one box.
MSK, paediatrics, sports injuries, heel pain, general care, nail surgery, dermatology, orthotics and more. We want you to discover the areas of podiatry you genuinely enjoy.
You’ll have great tools at your fingertips.
Shockwave, K-Laser, Swift, Lunula Laser, gait scanning, strength assessment, custom and prefab orthotics, 3D printing,
nail surgery and KeryFlex are all available within the clinic.
And we invest in getting better.
Weekly clinical education, team training, Culture Days, mentoring and internal and external professional development are part of how we work — not things we simply put in a job ad.
Your roster ?
We don't want to advertise a “adaptable roster” and leave you wondering what that actually means.
This position averages approximately 30 hours per week across an 8-week rotating roster.
Every Thursday is OFF.
There are also lighter weeks built into the rotation, including weeks of approximately 16 alongside your regular working weeks of 38 hours. The full roster and average of 30.25 paid hours per week are set out in our employee prospectus.
For the right person, there is also opportunity for the position to grow in hours and potentially move toward full-time employment as the clinic continues to expand.
What you'll actually do
You'll work across a broad podiatry caseload and build treatment plans around what your patients actually need.
You'll have access to our technology, established clinical pathways and other clinicians for support — while still having the autonomy to develop your own clinical style.
You'll maintain high-quality clinical records, communicate clearly with patients and contribute to the team around you.
We don't expect you to know everything. We do expect you to want to keep getting better.
About you ?
You might be a new graduate looking for somewhere that won't leave you to figure everything out alone.
Or you might already be an experienced podiatrist who's ready for a clinic with more support, better systems, a broader caseload and room to keep developing.
Either way, we're looking for someone who:
- genuinely cares about their patients
- is warm, curious and a good communicator
- enjoys being part of a team
- is open to feedback and mentoring
- takes ownership of their role
- wants to keep learning and developing.
Clinical skill matters.
But being a valuable human matters to us too.

A little about Undefeeted
Undefeeted Podiatry was built around one simple belief: People deserve more than rushed appointments, vague advice and being treated like another name in the diary.
We want our patients to understand what's happening, why it's happening and what we're going to do about it.
And we've tried to build the same clarity and care into the way we support our team.
We're proud to have been recognised as Best Podiatrist in the City of Hume 2026, but we're even more proud of the team and clinic we've built behind that recognition.
We're still growing. We're still improving.
And we'd love our next podiatrist to grow with us.
Think this could be your next move? ?
We know changing jobs — or choosing your first graduate role — is a big decision.
So if you're looking for a clinic where you'll be supported, challenged, given room to develop and still have a life outside work, we'd love to hear from you.
Hit Apply and introduce yourself.
Tell us a little about who you are, where you're at in your podiatry career and what you're hoping to find in your next role.
We'd genuinely love to meet you.
