No two nights the same. You'll run the floor across our portfolio of iconic Melbourne late-night venues, working a regular roster and stepping in to lead when other managers are away. You'll know every venue, every team and every crowd, and you'll own the night wherever you are.

What you'll do

- Lead evening and late-night shifts from open to close

- Fire up and support our bar, floor and entertainment teams

- Make every guest's night welcoming, professional and memorable

- Keep the entertainment schedule running smoothly

- Handle tills, cash and end-of-night reconciliation

- Keep RSA, licensing and safety standards sharp

- Tackle customer, staff and operational curveballs with confidence

- Help recruit, induct and grow the team

- Keep presentation, stock and service on point

What you bring

- Management experience in bars, nightclubs, hospitality or high-volume venues





- Strong people and conflict-resolution skills

- Confidence running busy late-night services

- Clear communication and solid organisation

- Know-how across RSA, liquor licensing and workplace safety

- Experience with cash handling, closing procedures and shift reports

- Availability for nights, weekends and public holidays

- A current Victorian RSA certificate

- The ability to move between our CBD venues as rostered
