About us

Pinpak manufactures high-quality plastic films and bags, supplying a range of industries including food production. Our facility operates within controlled production environments under a certified HACCP Food Safety & Quality Management System.

We have been manufacturing and supplying our products Australia wide for near 40 years.

About the position

We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Machine Operators to join our production team.

Possibility of role split between manufacturing departments of film extrusion and bag converting.

Manufacturing experience is highly regarded but not essential.

Applicants must have correct approvals to work in Australia.

What You'll Be Doing

- Set up and operate production machinery

- General production labour including packing and palletising

- Perform manual handling of materials and components

- Complete basic machine cleaning and routine maintenance





- Accurate record keeping for production and HACCP

- Conduct quality checks and report issues

- Maintain housekeeping standards in line with HACCP and OHS requirements

What We're Looking For:

- Reliable and punctual

- Physically capable of manual handling tasks

- Ability to perform medium lifting up to 20kg as required for manual handling tasks

- Strong attention to detail

- Good written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to follow procedures and production instructions

- Conscientious and positive attitude with strong work ethic including reliability

- Experience in manufacturing or production (preferred)

- Mechanical aptitude (advantageous)
