The Role

You will step into a hands-on civil and commercial litigation role with real autonomy and real client exposure. You will be running files, shaping strategy, appearing in court,



negotiating outcomes and working directly with clients with supervision and mentoring.

The Work

You will work across a varied mix of civil and commercial disputes, including:

- Contract and commercial disagreements
- Property and leasing disputes
- ACL matters (misleading and deceptive conduct, unconscionable conduct)
- Shareholder and partnership disputes
- Debt recovery and statutory demands
- Insolvency matters
- General SME focused civil litigation
