Barro Group is seeking an experience Technical Services Co-Ordinator - Drill & Blast - to support our Victorian quarry operations.

This is a hands-on technical role covering drill and blast technical services and surveying, working closely with our Quarry Managers and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Drill and blast optimisation, including bore tracking, face profiling and blast design

- Blast performance and cost analysis

- Preparting technical reports and providing practical advice to Quarry Managers

- Drone/UAV surveying, photogrammetry and stockpile volumetrics

- Supporting the introduction of new technology and improved technical processes

You will ideally experience with:

- Carlson drill and blast hardware

- Orica ShotPlus desing software or similar

- Blasting explosive licence
