About the role

As a Sales Plumber, you'll visit customers in their homes, understand their plumbing needs, diagnose the problem and present professional solutions. You won't be expected to simply "sell". Your role is to use your plumbing knowledge and experience to educate customers, provide genuine solutions and help them make informed decisions. You'll be supported by an experienced management team, established processes, technology and a strong brand that customers already know and trust.

Key responsibilities

- Attend residential customer appointments and assess plumbing requirements

- Diagnose plumbing issues and identify appropriate solutions

- Build strong relationships with customers through professional communication

- Clearly explain options, recommendations and pricing

- Prepare and present professional quotes

- Identify opportunities to improve, repair or upgrade plumbing systems

- Follow our proven sales process from introduction through to closing

- Maintain accurate job notes and customer information

- Work closely with our plumbing and installation teams to ensure a smooth customer experience

- Consistently achieve agreed sales, conversion and customer-service targets

About you

- A current plumbing registration

- Strong plumbing knowledge and practical experience





- Excellent communication and customer-service skills

- A professional presentation and positive attitude

- The ability to build trust quickly with customers

- Confidence discussing solutions and pricing

- A strong work ethic and desire to achieve

- Excellent attention to detail

- The ability to work independently while being part of a high-performing team

- A genuine interest in developing their sales and communication skills
