Rascals at Cowaramup Brewing Co. is getting ready to open, and we’re building our crew.

We’re looking for experienced hospitality people as well as enthusiastic newcomers who want to be part of a relaxed, busy and fun brewery venue in the heart of the Margaret River region.

WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

Front of House Manager – Full Time

Lead and support our FOH team

Help manage day-to-day venue operations

Rostering and staff coordination

Maintain great customer service standards

Assist with functions, live music, events and venue activations

RSA and hospitality management experience preferred

Someone confident, organised and happy to jump in wherever needed

Front of House Staff – Casual

Bar and floor staff

Taking orders and running food

Pouring beers, wines and basic mixed drinks

Providing friendly, relaxed service

Weekend availability essential

RSA required for relevant roles

Experience is excellent, but attitude is just as important

Head Chef – Full Time

Lead the kitchen and work closely with the owners

Manage day-to-day kitchen operations

Maintain food quality and consistency

Manage ordering, stock, food costs and wastage

Lead, train and develop the kitchen team

Maintain food safety and kitchen standards





Strong experience in a busy pub, brewery or similar venue preferred

Kitchen Staff – Casual

Chefs and cooks

Kitchen hands

Food preparation and service

Cleaning and kitchen organisation

Weekend availability highly regarded

Various experience levels considered
