The Role:

- Manage the day to day operation of a portfolio, effectively communicating with tenants, owners and other stakeholders.
- Conduct regular inspections
- Coordinate rent reviews and lease renewals
- Monitor arrears, process disbursements, prepare annual outgoings budgets and income and expenditure for owners
- Oversee facilities management, contractors and property maintenance

About You:

- Ideally 5+ years commercial property management experience
- Strong knowledge of legislation including commercial tenancy (retail)
- Robust financial acumen
- WA Property Management License
- A valid WA Driver's License
