Banksia Medical Centre Belmont is seeking 2 compassionate and experienced Division 1 Registered Nurse to join our friendly and supportive general practice team in a job share role.

This is an excellent opportunity for nurses who are passionate about primary healthcare and enjoy working in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.

Available Days: (3 days x1 - 2 days x1)

- Monday: 8:30am-4:30pm

- Tuesday: 8:30am-4:30pm

- Wednesday: 8:30am-4:30pm

- Thursday: 8:30am-4:30pm

- Friday: 8:30am-4:30pm

Banksia Medical Centre Belmont is a well-equipped general practice with a team of 2 GP’s and Specialist Services who are committed to delivering high-quality care and pride ourselves on strong teamwork and a positive workplace culture.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Tasks will include, but are not limited to:

- Following up patient results and recalls

- Assisting with Women’s Health Procedures

- Conducting health assessments and care plans

- Coordinating and managing the treatment room, including stock control of equipment and vaccines

- Administering immunisations (adults and children)

- Wound management

- Iron infusions (including cannulation)

- Assisting GPs with minor procedures

- Maintaining cold chain management systems





- Ensuring accurate patient records and compliance with Best Practice and accreditation standards

- Patient triage

Essential Criteria:

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Div 1)

- Current CPR certificate

- Strong communication and organisational skills

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

- High level of professionalism and confidentiality

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Flexibility, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude

Desirable:

- Minimum 12 months experience in general practice (preferred but not essential)

- Immunisation certificate

- Experience using Best Practice software
