If you are a dedicated and passionate professional looking for a unique opportunity, look no further! We are seeking an enthusiastic facilitator who enjoys adventure and diversity in their work, to join our team.

As a BSS facilitator, you will travel to various locations across WA and Australia to deliver training, while also being based in the office when required. You will work closely with and report to the Training and Development Manager. Other key relationships include training administration staff, colleague facilitators, clinical staff such as psychologists, social workers and directors, clinical managers and our customer base.

Our ideal candidate will be highly confident and personable, with high level knowledge and experience in the mental health sector.

Qualification and requirements:

- Cert 4 training and assessment preferred (but not required);

- Relevant qualification in Mental Health - eg. Psychology, Social Work, Counselling;

- At least 3-5 years experience preferred;

- Strong interpersonal, communication and organisational skills;

- Ability to travel;

- Ability to work autonomously in remote locations, whilst maintaining high levels of connection with the wider BSS team;

- Ability to work in the office in Osborne Park office when required;

- Resilience and adaptability to the travel work schedule;

- Ability to develop, review, and customise training content to meet client and organisational needs;

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual delivery platforms (e.g. Teams, Zoom);





- Commitment to continuous learning, professional development, and evidence-based practice.
