Permanent, Full-Time (1.0 FTE)

Salary range:

$79,864.75 to $82,446.57 per annum based on skills, knowledge and experience.

Opportunity:

Albany Regional Day Care is looking for a passionate, experienced and dedicated individual to fulfill the role of Child Care Educator (Qualified). Albany Regional Daycare offers a family friendly, flexible and supportive working environment.

Reporting to the Child Care Educator Team Leader, this role will see you responsible for, but not limited to:

- Working as a team member and assist in providing a safe and stimulating environment, which meets children's needs and encourages parent participation.
- Overseeing the curriculum and acting as a specialist advice contact for early childhood learning; and
- Assisting in the functioning of the Centre.
- Well-developed communication, teamwork, time management and organisational skills, with the ability to effectively interact with children, parents and staff.

About You:

To be successful in this role you will need:

- Well-developed communication, teamwork, time management and organisational skills, with the ability to effectively interact with children, parents and staff.
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification
- Knowledge and understanding of Children's Services, the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Previous experience working in a similar role and/or with children aged 0 to 6 years.
- First Aid and Working with Children Check
