We’re New Home Matchmaker (NHMM), a small but rapidly growing team rewriting the playbook on how West Australians buy and build new homes.

Instead of being chained to one builder, one specification and one catalogue of floorplans, we partner with a carefully selected panel of boutique, family-owned builders.

Rather than aligning ourselves with the "big end of town", where clients can often feel like another number, we work with smaller builders who offer outstanding value for money, flexibility and genuine craftsmanship.

That means our consultants can focus on finding clients the right home and the right builder, rather than trying to force every client into the same product.

And most importantly, we can sell with confidence that what we promise can actually be delivered.

NHMM is incredibly unique within the WA new home market.

We don’t simply sell the home and hand the client over.

Our team manages the contracts, pre-start process and operational support throughout the client's entire pre-construction journey, allowing our builder partners to focus on what they do best...

WE’RE CURRENTLY RECRUITING FOR TWO DIFFERENT SALES PATHWAYS

1. Selling Sales Manager

We’re looking for an experienced New Home Sales Consultant who is ready to take the next step into leadership.

Initially, this will be a hands-on selling role while you help train the team, refine our sales processes and put the right structure in place.

The intention is for this person to transition into a dedicated Sales Manager position as soon as practical, once the team and systems are firmly established.





You must have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a New Home Sales Consultant.

2. Sales Trainees

We’re also looking for ambitious, commercially minded people who want to build a reliable career in new home sales.

Previous sales experience is essential, but it does not need to be in housing.

If you’ve performed well in industries such as:

- Automotive

- Finance

- Insurance

- Real Estate

- High-value retail

- Other commission-driven sales environments

Unlike many major builders where consultants can wait six months or longer to be paid, our structure can allow commission to be earned from around site start, which can be approximately 12 weeks.

For the right applicants, we may offer advanced commission arrangements to further improve early cash flow.





? Real training and mentoring
Our Director, James, has sold homes himself for years and still remains actively involved in sales today.

You’ll be trained and mentored by people who genuinely understand what happens at the kitchen table, on the phone and in front of a client.

We also have dedicated drafting and design support, so you do not need to arrive as an architect or building designer.

You just need to be a damn good human who knows how to sell, communicate and learn.

THIS ROLE WILL SUIT YOU IF:

You’re process-driven, not just a smooth talker. You can follow a proven system, trust the process and understand that sales is ultimately a numbers game.

You’re competitive, ambitious and loyal, but you also understand that the grind is part of the game.

Resilience is absolutely essential.

You’re tech-savvy, comfortable using CRMs and quick to adapt to digital tools.

You’ve smashed KPIs in industries such as retail, real estate, finance, insurance or automotive sales and are ready to take your earning potential to another level.

And personality matters.

You don’t need to be the loudest person in the room, but you do need to be personable, able to build rapport and capable of taking and giving a joke.

We work hard, we play hard, and we like having a laugh along the way.

New home sales may once have been viewed as a male-dominated industry, but that has changed dramatically, and some of the best performers in the industry today are women.

This is not a "cruise and collect" sales role.
