You're a genuine hospitality person with great energy, strong people skills and a natural ability to lead.

You thrive on a busy service. You stay calm under pressure, know how to keep things moving and aren't afraid to jump in wherever you're needed.

You're a people person. You can build a team that enjoys coming to work, chat with a local at the bar and welcome a family visiting for the weekend.

You take ownership. You notice what needs doing, take initiative and make things happen rather than waiting to be asked.

You know how to lead. You communicate clearly, set the standard and know how to bring out the best in the people around you.

You understand great hospitality. For you, it's more than good service - it's creating an atmosphere where people feel welcome, have a great time and want to come back.

You bring ideas. You see opportunities and enjoy finding ways to make things work even better.

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who wants to be part of what we're creating,



not simply manage a shift.

THE ROLE

As Front of House Manager, you'll take the lead on the FOH experience and day-to-day operation.

You'll:

- Lead from the floor, setting the standard for service and customer experience

- Manage the day-to-day FOH operation, including rosters, stock, service, opening/closing

- Develop & support a positive and capable team

- Work closely with Head Ched & kitchen team to keep service running smoothly

- Look for ways to continually improve the way we operate and the experience we offer
