About the role

We are currently seeking a full-time Optical Assistant/Optical Dispenser whose primary role will be delivering exceptional customer service through the dispensing of spectacles.

Key responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional customer service through the dispensing of spectacles

- Build rapport and adopt valuable interpersonal skills when dealing with customers

- Accurately perform any administrative tasks required

- Follow and strive to achieve stores clinical goals on a daily, monthly and yearly basis to drive clinical productivity

- Work closely with Audiology and Optometry professionals to ensure each customer experience is consistent and delivers to high standard

- Actively participate in creating a positive team culture within store

- Consistently show support of other team members

- Actively participate in designated training programs

- Role model and champion the service culture, behaviours and values which Specsavers stands for

- Perform any other reasonable duties as may be reasonably requested by a manager
