Safety Advisor | Piling | Commercial & Mining | $150K–$170K + Super + Vehicle Our client is a well-established specialist piling contractor delivering concrete piling projects across the commercial construction and mining sectors. With a strong pipeline of work and a reputation for retaining staff long term, they are looking to bring on a Safety Advisor to take ownership of safety across the business.
This is a hands-on, standalone role offering a variety of projects, plenty of autonomy and the opportunity to work closely with site teams and management.
About the Role

- Take ownership of safety across multiple piling projects.
- Conduct site inspections, audits and risk assessments.
- Manage safety documentation, SWMS and compliance.
- Support site teams and subcontractors to maintain safety standards.
- Investigate incidents and drive continuous improvement.

About You




- Minimum 5 years' experience in construction safety.
- Experience in commercial construction, civil construction or mining.
- Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and safety systems.
- Confident working autonomously and managing multiple sites.
- Strong communication skills and a hands-on approach.
