About Us
Shepparton Villages (SRV) is more than a place, it's a community. A leading provider of retirement living and aged care services, with three sites across the Greater Shepparton area, our mission is to provide our residents with a safe, supportive and welcoming environment where they can enjoy their retirement years to the fullest.
We are committed to promoting the health and wellbeing of our residents and employees and strive to create a positive and inclusive workplace culture. As an organisation, we value diversity, respect, and collaboration, and are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.

One of our greatest needs is for effective communication: with residents and their families, with stay-at-home clients, with staff and potential new staff, with suppliers and contractors, and with government and other key stakeholders.
At a time of big changes to government policy and funding and growing expectations for aged care providers to continue lifting the levels of quality and choice on offer, there’s never been a better time to be involved in the sector.
Shepparton Villages offers a change-oriented “issues-rich” environment with a lot of things to do and talk about - and we’re getting on with it! You can help to lead that.
