Disability Support Worker – Weekday Evenings

We are seeking compassionate, experienced and reliable Disability Support Workers to provide high-quality in-home care across Prahran, Glen Iris and surrounding suburbs.

We have a range of clients and support requirements, including some roles supporting people living with Motor Neurone Disease (MND). MND experience is required for some client assignments and is highly regarded but is not essential for all positions.

The Opportunity

We are looking for people who are available for weekday evening shifts between 5pm and 11pm.

Depending on the client you support, your responsibilities may include:

- Personal care and mobility assistance
- Supporting daily routines and activities
- Disability and complex care support
- MND-related support for relevant client assignments
- Social support and companionship
- Community access
- Domestic assistance and meal preparation
- Emotional support
- Supporting clients to maintain relationships and achieve their personal goals
- Following individual care plans and support strategies

What We're Looking For

We'd love to hear from people who have:

- Experience in disability support, aged care, home care or community care
- MND experience – required for some client assignments and highly regarded generally
- A relevant qualification in Disability Support, Individual Support, Aged Care, Nursing or a related field
- A genuine passion for person-centred care
- Confidence supporting clients with physical or complex care needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills




- A valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates
- NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain one
- Availability for weekday evening shifts between 5pm and 11pm
- Ability to travel to Prahran, Glen Iris and surrounding suburbs
- Reliability, professionalism and a caring attitude
