We’re now looking for a Receptionist to join our Team at our Mandurah GWM dealership.

Mandurah GWM has Mandurah’s Biggest selling car the HAVAL Jolion, and we were the second biggest brand in Mandurah last year and #1 Jan-March 2026!!

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:

- Greeting customers in a professional and friendly manner.

- Answering and directing phone calls.

- Assisting the team with administration and customer communication.

- Processing paperwork and maintaining accurate records.

- Providing outstanding customer service throughout the service process.

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.





- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

- Outstanding phone manner and confidence speaking with customers.

- A willingness to learn and support a busy team.

- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

- The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

- Previous reception or customer service experience is preferred but not essential.
