The Opportunity:
We are seeking an ambitious Recruitment Advisor to join our high-performing recruitment team in Perth, specialising in blue collar and trades placements. If you know the labour hire and trades market inside out and you thrive on building strong relationships across the mining and resources sector, this is a role where you can make a real impact and grow your career.

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-end recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle for blue collar and trades roles, from client briefing and sourcing through to screening, interviewing and presenting high-calibre candidates.
- Talent networks: Build and maintain a strong network of skilled tradespeople, operators and labourers across mining and construction.
- Performance: Consistently meet and exceed individual KPIs and placement targets.
- Collaboration:



Work closely with the wider Red Arrow team to deliver an exceptional experience for clients and candidates alike.

About you:

- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or Advisor, ideally within blue collar, trades or labour hire recruitment
- A relevant bachelor's degree, or equivalent industry experience
- Experience in, or a strong interest in, the mining, resources and construction sectors
- A confident, resilient and sales-driven approach, with the ability to build trust and long-term client relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised and self-motivated, with a track record of achieving targets in a fast-paced environment
- A current driver's licence and full working rights in Australia
