We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing and Social Media Assistant to join our specialist plastic surgery practice in Toorak.

We’re looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow, with strong creative instincts for social media and content creation. Having graphic design skills is also a bonus. Reporting to the Marketing and Business Manager, you’ll assist in showcasing our transformative work to a broader audience across a variety of channels and media.

About You:

- Current enrolment or recent graduate in a Media, Communications, or related program.

- Basic video editing skills and familiarity with multimedia software.

- Familiarity with Wordpress, Canva, and Adobe Suite desired but not required.

- Sensitivity to the nature of plastic surgery content.

- You obsess over the little things, your eye for detail means our comms will always be sharp, accurate and on brand.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

About The Role:

- YouTube Management:

- Upload and manage engaging video content on our YouTube channel.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling video narratives.

- Before and After Gallery Maintenance:

- Regularly update and organise before and after photos on the clinic's website.

- Ensure accuracy and completeness of information accompanying each image.

- Content Production Assistance:

- Assist in the creation of multimedia content for various platforms.

- Work closely with the marketing team to generate creative ideas for campaigns.

- Social Media Support:





- Assist in managing and growing our social media presence across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.

- Engage with the community and respond to inquiries across social platforms.

- Office Presence:

- Attend the Toorak office once a week to collaborate with the team and align on ongoing projects.

- Participate in team meetings to discuss upcoming initiatives and provide input.

Recruitment Process:

The recruitment process will involve two stages.

Stage 1 will consist of an initial video interview.

Following this process, shortlisted candidates will proceed to Stage 2, where they will be asked to submit:

- a mock Instagram post; and

- a short TikTok video.

Further details regarding the Stage 2 tasks will be provided to candidates who progress through the initial interview stage.
