Are you a commercially minded marketer who measures success in quality leads and closed sales, not just clicks and impressions?
Our client is a well-established, award-winning WA residential builder with a strong reputation for quality and a healthy pipeline of work. They're looking for a Marketing Manager to take ownership of their marketing and lead-generation function, making sure a steady flow of quality enquiries reaches their sales team.
The Role
Reporting to the General Manager and Marketing Director, you'll be the link between marketing activity and sales results. You'll set the strategy and also do the hands-on work: running campaigns, managing the CRM, tracking every enquiry through to contract and working closely with sales managers to keep the pipeline full. You'll also lead a Social Media & Marketing Assistant, manage external agencies and suppliers, and support marketing across the wider group's brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and run multi-channel campaigns that generate quality leads against sales targets
- Manage lead flow into the sales team: qualification, allocation, follow-up and conversion tracking
- Set KPIs with sales leadership and report on enquiry to sale performance and cost per lead
- Manage and optimise the HubSpot so leads are captured, nurtured and reported on properly
- Own the marketing budget and make sure spend goes where it delivers results
- Manage display home openings and closings, including signage, photography, POS, print and digital
- Keep the website (WordPress), digital and social channels current and performing
- Protect and build the brand across every customer touchpoint
- Manage agencies, media suppliers, designers, printers and signage partners
- Coordinate events, awards submissions, sales training and special projects
- Coach and develop your direct report
About You
- Experience in a marketing, digital or lead-generation agency, managing campaigns that feed a client's sales team, is highly regarded
- A background with a builder, real estate agency or property developer will also be very well regarded
- Proven marketing and brand management experience, with a track record of campaigns that deliver measurable results
- A solid understanding of lead funnels, conversion and what turns an enquiry into a sale
- CRM experience (HubSpot a strong advantage) and you're comfortable with data and reporting
- Experience managing budgets and holding agencies and suppliers to account
- Confidence working with senior leaders and sales teams
- Organised, proactive and happy to move between strategy and execution
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Commerce or similar
What's on Offer
- Salary dependant upon experience
- Unique versatile working arrangements (including 9 day fortnight)
- Real ownership: your work shows up directly in the sales numbers
- Exposure across multiple brands within an established WA group
- Employee discounts and additional benefits
- Free onsite parking
