As we continue to expand our Victorian dealership network, we are seeking an organised, proactive Vehicle Registration & Stock Coordinator to join our brand-new BYD Berwick dealership.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily vehicle stock movements, including vehicle arrivals, transfers and allocations
- Maintain accurate vehicle stock records and update internal systems
- Coordinate vehicle registrations and registration-related documentation
- Liaise with VicRoads and relevant internal teams regarding vehicle registrations
- Prepare, check and submit registration documents
- Track registration status and follow up outstanding matters
- Coordinate with Sales, Delivery and other departments to ensure vehicles are ready for delivery
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle status, stock and registration information
- Provide general administrative support for stock and registration activities
About You
- Previous experience in automotive dealerships, vehicle registration or stock control is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Good understanding of vehicle registration processes is an advantage
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
- Confident using computer systems and Microsoft Office
- A valid Australian driver's licence
