AR Developments are seeking experienced Excavator Operators to join our growing civil construction team working across Ipswich, Logan and Brisbane.

We're looking for operators who are confident on the machine, take pride in quality work, and can work closely with site supervisors and crews to keep projects moving safely and efficiently.

About the Role

You'll be operating primarily 14T, 20T and 35T excavators across a variety of civil construction projects, including:

- Bulk and detailed excavation

- Trenching for stormwater, sewer and water services

- Footings and retaining wall works

- Final trim and detailed excavation

- Loading trucks and general earthworks

- Working around existing and newly installed services

- Operating with Trimble GPS systems

What We're Looking For

To be successful, you'll have demonstrated experience in:

- Civil construction excavation works

- Final trim and detailed excavation

- Reading and working from plans

- Protected operation around live services





- Working productively within a site team

- Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and machine care
