We're looking for an experienced Assistant Café Manager to support the leadership of our Forrestfield café.

This is an opportunity to help lead a passionate team, create exceptional guest experiences and contribute to a café that is an important part of the local community.

At Dôme, we believe in creating a place of welcome and comfort for both our guests and our team. As Assistant Café Manager, you'll play an key role in bringing that philosophy to life through hands-on leadership, genuine hospitality and a commitment to supporting the people around you.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

- Supporting the Café Manager in the day-to-day operation of the café

- Leading shifts and maintaining high operational standards

- Coaching and developing Team Members

- Delivering exceptional guest experiences

- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and training

- Assisting with labour, stock and inventory management

- Maintaining Dôme standards for quality,



service and cleanliness

- Acting as the leader on duty when required

- Supporting the development of future leaders within the team
