Our client is a developer-builder seeking a Contract Administrator to join our growing projects team. With a strong pipeline of Class 2 residential projects across Sydney, we are looking for a commercially driven CA who thrives in a quick-paced environment and wants to be part of a high-performing team.

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager and working closely with the Managing Director, you will be responsible for the financial and contractual management of projects from procurement through to final account.
You will play a key role in protecting project margins while maintaining robust subcontractor and supplier relationships.
Managing subcontractor and consultant contracts
Preparing, reviewing and administering contracts and purchase orders
Managing variations, progress claims and payment schedules
Reviewing subcontractor claims and supporting project cost control
Maintaining accurate contract and commercial records
Managing RFIs,



notices and contractual correspondence
Assisting with procurement and subcontractor negotiations
Monitoring project costs and commitments
Working closely with Project Managers, Site Managers, consultants and subcontractors
Supporting the successful commercial delivery of projects

Experience:
At least 3 years’ experience as a Contract Administrator in construction, delivering Class 2 projects
Strong knowledge of construction contracts and commercial processes
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Proficient in construction management systems
