What You'll Be Doing
Providing expert advice and assistance to trade, workshop, and retail customers on automotive parts and products
Delivering outstanding customer service while building robust, long-term customer relationships
Supporting sales growth and branch performance outcomes
Assisting with inventory management and stock control processes
Maintaining high store presentation standards and ensuring compliance with company policies and workplace health and safety requirements
Supporting the Store Manager in the daily operation of the branch
Leading, coaching, and inspiring team members to achieve their best
