About the role

As a Retail Team Member, you'll be the face of Engine Swimwear, creating a welcoming and positive experience for every customer. You'll assist customers in finding the perfect fit, provide personalised service, and help showcase our range of high-performance swimwear.

Key responsibilities
Provide friendly and personalised customer service
Assist customers with swimwear selection and fitting
Help customers find the right size, style, and fit for their needs
Maintain a clean, organised, and inviting retail space
Process sales and support day-to-day store operations
Assist with stock organisation, deliveries, and merchandising
Represent the Engine Swimwear brand with confidence and enthusiasm

About you
Friendly, approachable, and confident with customers
Passionate about swimwear, sport, and active lifestyles




Reliable and available to work Saturdays
Comfortable providing swimwear fitting advice
A quick learner with excellent attention to detail
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Retail experience is preferred, and swimwear fitting experience is highly regarded, however training will be provided for the right person
