We are seeking an enthusiastic Apprentice Boilermaker/Welder to join our team at Solution Steel. This full time role is based in Bibra Lake, and will provide you with the chance to develop your skills and gain valuable experience in the trades and services industry.

What you'll be doing
Assisting experienced boilermakers and welders in the fabrication and installation of structural steel components and structures
Developing proficiency in the use of fabrication & welding equipment and techniques
Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
Maintaining a safe and organised work environment
Participating in on-the-job training and completing apprenticeship requirements

What we're looking for
Strong interest and commitment to a career in the trades and services industry, specifically in welding and boilermaking
Must have completed a metal fabrication pre app at Tafe in 2026 with references from the tafe lecturer/s
Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively as part of a team
Good problem-solving and attention to detail
Willingness to learn and develop new skills
Commitment to workplace health and safety
