What You’ll Be Doing
Sell a wide range of premium aftermarket products including paint and interior protection, window tint, electronics, protection packs, and more
Engage with customers post-sale to educate, build trust, and provide tailored aftercare solutions
Be the face of the car care department offering expert advice and ensuring every buyer feels confident and protected
Manage your own profit centre: achievable goals, KPIs to drive your success
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handovers and maximise conversion opportunities




Maintain accurate records and use CRM tools to deliver a premium experience

What You’ll Bring
3+ years’ experience in automotive aftermarket or dealership car care (preferred)
Proven consultative sales skills both face-to-face and over the phone
Strong product knowledge and ability to explain value with clarity
Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to thrive in a high-volume dealership
Impeccable presentation, attention to detail, and customer-first attitude
