We're looking for a Pizza Chef who lives and breathes the craft to own the oven from day one and help set a standard the city hasn't seen before. The pizza here is no afterthought. We're after a chef who knows outstanding pizza is equal parts patience and fire, who reads a dough by feel, nails the leopard spotting every single time, and holds that standard through the busiest service without breaking stride. Whether your heart is in Neapolitan, Roman, or something that's entirely your own, you bring the obsession and the technique, and we'll give you the produce and the platform to let it shine.
