FISH FILLETTER We’re looking for an experienced fish filleter who can confidently handle fresh seafood, fillet and portion fish, and maintain high standards of presentation, hygiene and food safety. We’re seeking people who are responsible, effective, friendly and team-oriented, with availability to work weekends.
