Hoek Projects is a Sydney building company doing high end residential renos. We're after a skilled carpenter for an initial 2 weeks on a site in mosman, starting asap.
We've got multiple jobs running and more coming up, so if your work is clean, you turn up on time and you fit in with the crew, there's a real chance of ongoing work with us. We'd rather keep a positive chippy on than keep hiring.
What you'll be doing:
Framing, structural work and alterations to existing houses
Setting out and working off architectural plans
Fix out: doors, skirting, architraves, hardware
Sheeting, cladding and general renovation carpentry
Working alongside our team and other trades to keep the job moving
What you need:
Trade qualified carpenter
A current NSW White Card
Your own hand and power tools
Reliable transport and a driver's licence
Solid experience on residential renos, with a positive eye for finish
Able to read plans and work with minimal supervision
Bonus if you've got:
Experience on high end or architect designed homes
Your own ABN and public liability insurance
Your own ute
The details:
Mon to Fri, 7am to 3:30pm
Pay negotiable depending on experience, paid weekly
2 weeks to start, ongoing for the right person
