We’re hiring casual bar and wait staff for our tapas, wine and whisky bar in Springwood, opposite the train station.

If you like positive food, wine and whisky, and can look after people properly on a busy service, we’d like to hear from you.

Hours

Wednesday to Saturday — lunch and dinner.

Casual shifts. Must be available weekends.

What you’ll do
Greet guests, seat them and look after tables through the service
Take food and drink orders and run them accurately
Serve tapas, wine, whisky, beer and other drinks
Work the bar: pouring, cocktails, glassware and bar setup/close
Use the POS, handle cash and card payments
Explicit, reset and keep the floor and bar tidy
Work as part of a small team in a 160-seat indoor/outdoor venue

What we need
Current NSW RSA (must have, or willing to get before you start)




Reliable, friendly and comfortable talking to guests
Previous bar or wait experience preferred — not essential if you’ve got the right attitude
Full Australian work rights
Able to work Wednesday to Saturday, including weekends

Casual rates under the Hospitality Award, plus weekend penalty rates
