Job Description
At TOMRA Food, we're looking for an experienced Melbourne-based Service Manager to lead our Australian service operation and play a key role in the continued growth of our business.
From driving continuous improvement to developing teams and influencing business performance, you'll balance strategic leadership with hands-on involvement in the field.
Reporting to the Country Manager, you'll lead TOMRA's end-to-end service operation across Australia, with responsibility for Field Service, Customer Care, Technical Training, and Project Installations.
You'll build capability, drive performance, and help shape the future of service delivery across the business.
Regular travel across Australia (up to 50%) will keep you close to customers, projects, and your team, ensuring you're leading from the front and making an impact where it matters most.
