Job Description

We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic, passionate, and highly motivated Christmas Casuals to join the JB Hi-Fi team.

Recruitment for these roles will begin in late August, with start dates ranging from September to October depending on store needs and candidate availability.

As a Peak Trade Team Member, you will have the chance to create, support, and contribute to a high-performance culture, ensuring that our customers have a outstanding experience when shopping in our Stores, in addition to:
Helping across a number of areas within our stores from customer facing to back of house.
Providing a high level of customer service including pre, during and post the sale.
Contributing to the JB Hi-Fi brand and store experience by assisting with merchandising products on the sales floor.
Supporting the effective delivery and processing of stock into store.

Please note, our Peak Trade Team Members must have availability to work the peak period (ranging from September/October 2026 to the start of February 2027). You may also be required to work across multiple stores within a designated geographical area.
