The Dental Van

The Dental Van provides mobile dental services at schools and childcare centres. We are looking for a friendly and organised Customer Liaison Officer to help coordinate visits and provide a positive experience for schools, families and patients.

In this casual role, you will be a key point of contact between our office, schools, parents and dental teams. You will help keep bookings and daily schedules on track while making sure enquiries are handled promptly and professionally.

Key responsibilities
Contact schools and childcare centres to arrange visits and maintain relationships.
Answer phone and email enquiries from schools, parents and patients.
Confirm visit details, schedules, student lists and consent forms.
Follow up with families when information is missing or a response is needed.
Share updates with schools and clinical teams before,



during and after visits.
Maintain accurate records, booking sheets and administrative documents.
Assist with feedback, rebookings and other general office tasks.

About you

You are confident speaking with people, write transparent emails and can manage several tasks at once. You pay attention to detail, follow through on commitments and treat personal information confidentially. Experience in customer service, administration, healthcare or school coordination would be an advantage.

Pay: $27.00 – $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 20.0 per week
