· The position is responsible for providing the installation/servicing (in house) of feminine hygiene/nappy units – air fresheners - sanitisers – soap dispensers - ambient scenting – sharps disposal & periodical urinal deep cleans

· Part Time Position (17.5hrs a week) 3.5hrs a day

· Mon to Fri 7:30am to 11:00am

· Follow a scheduled service routine/schedule

· Installation of services to current & existing customers

· Service & maintenance of all washroom & hygiene services

· Work with existing Ikon NSW team for prospect to add services to existing cleaning contracts where possible

· Utilise internal platform (Wastedge) to record all client information whilst the service is being conducted

· Data entry utilising Wastedge platform for new & existing clients

· Basic Microsoft Office & PC Knowledge is necessary to fulfil this role

Promote the Ikon Services Australia brand positively through all networks.





· Ability to communicate to various levels of personnel and client interface personnel – verbal, written, e-mail, phone, etc.

· Physical ability to complete manual handling task e.g. delivery & service of sanitary/nappy unit

· Knowledge of use of hand or power tools.

· Ability to converse/train staff & clients (if required)

· Strong customer service focus & attention to detail
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel & Word)
Able to work autonomously & have attention to detail
Provide solutions to customer problems (be able to think on the spot)
