Pay: Up to $81,000 per year + superannuation

Milliore located in Sydney city is a high-quality Korean restaurant. We are seeking qualified and experienced Korean Cuisine Chef on a full-time basis.

To be successful in this position, you need to have the followings:
Commercial Cookery trade qualification (or equivalent)
Minimum of 2 years of Korean cuisine experience as a Chef
Flair and creative in menu development
Ability to manage labour, food and operational expenses
Excellent planning and organisational skills
Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of kitchen operations and dietary requirements
Robust leadership and communication skills
Effective management skills in kitchen staff and practices
