B&E; Services SA Pty Ltd is a subsidiary under the conglomerate of B&E; Groups (BE Foods), which is an Australian wide distributor of food and groceries supplies. We are now looking for a full time Management Accountant with position details are as follows:

Position: Management Accountant

Location: McLaren Flat, Adelaide

Roles and Duties:
Managing the accounting staffs in record-keeping in compliance with the statutory requirements
Collecting financial data and information, and preparing financial statements
Monitoring production and operating costs, income and expenditure of the company
Providing assurance about the accuracy of information contained in financial reports and their compliance with statutory requirements.
Providing financial and taxation advice on business structures, plans and operation
Advising the management on the financial and taxation implication on the company structure and business operation, and assisting management team and external accountant to complete tax return and taxation reporting obligations
Liaising with banks for funds management and banking arrangements
Maintaining and improving the application of accounting software system and other database system




Maintaining internal control systems, such as performance-based financial reporting, asset valuation and depreciation, budgetary systems, cost management, detecting frauds, pricing, forecasting and the strategic management of the company.
Monitoring cash flow and assessing financial feasibility and risks of capital investment and spending
Setting benchmarking and quality improvement initiatives for improving the cost performance and operation efficiency
Formulating budgetary and accounting policies.

Job Requirements:

The Candidate needs to possess:
Bachelor degree or higher in accounting, auditing, finance or other relevant areas.
Hands-on work experience of working as accountant within the similar industry.

The candidate is expected to have excellent communication skills, attention to details in documents, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: $76,600.00 – $100,000.00 per year
