The Company is seeking an experienced interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to play a pivotal role in a short-term contract, supporting the business through a period of transformation. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning cash flow management, maintaining financial governance, and providing leadership continuity across finance, IT, payroll, and inventory/logistics. This role requires a skilled who can partner closely with the CEO and the Board, and act as a credible financial counterpart to the private equity owners. The CFO will also be involved in supporting due diligence, data room, and management presentation activities, and must have a solid background in financial reporting, and month-end/statutory processes.Applicants for the interim CFO position at the company must be CA/CPA qualified or equivalent, with genuine debt and equity experience,
and a proven track record of supporting a business through transformation. The role demands a candidate who is comfortable with stock and inventory operating environments, and who can step in immediately to establish credibility with minimal handover. The ideal candidate will have a high-impact, high-visibility mandate, and will be directly exposed to the Board, CEO, and Owners.
