We’re partnering with an established commercial real estate agency looking for a senior Office Leasing Director to lead its Sydney CBD and North Sydney leasing teams. Lead, mentor and drive a team of leasing professionals across Sydney CBD & North Sydney Own leasing strategy across the business, focused on occupancy, rental performance and current opportunities Manage and grow relationships with key occupiers, landlords and industry contacts Lead major lease negotiations and work closely with legal and finance through the deal process Use market intelligence to identify opportunities,



competitive positioning and emerging trends Oversee leasing campaigns and contribute directly to the continued growth of the business Provide senior management with leasing forecasts, market insights and growth opportunities What they’re looking for

You’ll already have a robust track record in commercial leasing, ideally with genuine experience leading people and managing senior client relationships. You’ll bring strong negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the Sydney commercial market and the ability to both win deals and lift the performance of the team around you. A

NSW Class 2 Real Estate Licence
