Supervisor / Manager / Senior Manager: Business Advisory
Location: Parramatta, NSW
Salary: Up to $220k package, depending on experience

A well-established mid-tier accounting and advisory firm is expanding its Business Advisory team and is looking for experienced professionals at Supervisor, Manager and Senior Manager level.

The firm works across a diverse portfolio of mid-market, private, and listed clients, offering senior professionals the opportunity to take ownership of client relationships, lead engagements and work closely with Partners and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of Business Advisory clients
Lead accounting, taxation, financial reporting, and advisory engagements
Advise clients on tax strategies and business growth opportunities
Build and maintain solid client relationships
Review work and provide technical guidance to team members
Mentor and develop junior and intermediate accountants
Work closely with Managers and Partners to deliver tailored client solutions




Contribute to the continued growth of the Business Advisory team

About You
To be successful, you will have:
CA/CPA qualification
Strong Business Advisory experience within a Chartered Accounting firm
Experience managing client relationships and engagements
Strong technical knowledge across accounting, taxation, and financial reporting
Proven leadership and mentoring experience
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
A commercial and client-focused approach
