Property Network of Australia is seeking a Senior Commercial Property Manager to join a highly regarded commercial real estate agency with a solid reputation for service excellence and industry expertise. With brand new offices in the City fringe, our client specialises in commercial property management, sales, and leasing, supporting clients across South East Queensland with a collaborative team culture and commitment to premium outcomes.
We are seeking an individual with previous or current experience managing commercial property portfolios, overseeing landlord and tenant relationships, and ensuring compliance and financial performance. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of retail, commercial and warehouse investment assets and deliver strategic recommendations, and coordinate property operations.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Build and maintain solid landlord and tenant relationships
Manage lease administration, rent reviews, and compliance
Prepare and monitor property budgets and forecasts
Coordinate maintenance, capital works, and projects
Review portfolio performance and provide strategic advice
Ensure compliance with legislation and lease obligations
The ideal candidate will have:
Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial property management
Strong knowledge of commercial and retail leasing
Proficiency in property management software (ReLeased) desirable
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Solid organisational and financial management abilities
