Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough nursing assessments and patient care within a general practice setting.
Administer vaccinations and medications as per doctor's orders.
Provide wound care, patient education, and health promotion.
Maintain accurate patient records.
Uphold high-quality care in collaboration with the healthcare team.
Follow strict infection control and safety protocols.
Address patient enquiries and concerns empathetically and professionally.
Engage in Quality Improvement (QI) activities.
Actively contribute to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
