Every market has a handful of contractors that people quietly rate as the ones to work for. This is one of them.

A family-owned South Australian civil business with a reputation built the hard way — through repeat clients, well-run sites, and a leadership team that genuinely looks after its people. They've grown steadily, kept their standards high, and right now they're sitting on one of the strongest pipelines they've ever had across road and water infrastructure. That's where you come in.

The opportunity

They're bringing on a Supervisor or Senior Supervisor to help lead delivery on site as the business steps up. You'll be running crews and subbies across a varied mix of road and water infrastructure projects, with the kind of leadership backing that means you're set up to succeed — not stretched thin.

If you're in a comfortable role but quietly wondering what else is out there, this is one worth a confidential look. The work is real, the pipeline is locked in, and the culture is the part people stay for.

What you'll bring
Around 6+ years in civil construction across earthworks, roads,

bridges, subdivisions and water/utilities
Experience as a Site Supervisor, Civil Supervisor or Foreman on infrastructure or utilities projects
Strong background across water & sewer, stormwater/drainage, roadworks, asset relocations, and ideally some exposure to substation or energy infrastructure
Confidence managing multiple crews and subbies, with a solid grasp of civil methodology and sequencing
Strong OH&S; knowledge and a no-shortcuts approach to site compliance
Ability to read and interpret drawings and specs
Excellent communication, calm leadership, and a current driver's licence

What's on offer
A genuinely growing contractor with a robust, reliable pipeline
Wide-ranging, interesting work — no two months look the same
Supportive leadership and a clear path to grow with the business
Competitive package including vehicle or allowance
A team culture worth sticking around for — and people who actually do
